This one isn't quite what I hoped for ...
When I initially bought this unit I had expectations of the quality you normally expect from PSC , however it is majorly lacking in the usual roleplay customization, and its that lack of customization that gives it a low score for me.
You can get the templates to make your own cab theme , but there is no ability to change the strobe colors , it lacks a back up beeper and refilling the sand seems to be limited to the owner only , so if you intend on placing it out for group use in a public works department , expect to be asked to refill it often for your crews.
a free standing salt refill station would have been a nice touch.
The snow effect is a nice touch , a bit over kill and would be nice to have the option to plow without it.
The other downside is a lack of speed control , pretty much all PSC vehicles can limit the speed ... This one does not allow that feature.
