In the box, a COMPLETE ISLAND with off-sim design ( CAN be moved outside sim physical limits, and decorate your horizon without spending a single inch of your "usable" land area )

2 different versions included:
- Would require a large land, about 1/4 th of SIM to fit nicely or, smaller but corner plot.
- The SMALLER version will fit in small lands, and is ideal scale for offering you a fantastic view! If you are interested in having the best view when sitting at your beach or balcony, then do choose the smaller version! It has the perfect scale for this, for decoration. Apart from that, i have removed all scripts that were not offering functionality, so we can say thats a minimum-lag object too :)
