It is best seen to be appreciated.
33x33x84M You will need a 4096 or larger (a 4096 plot is generally 64x64M).
210 prims including elevator - the elevator allows 4 people to ride at once. Basic build is 146 prims, without elevator
The entire build is copy/modify. Scripts are copy only.
This skyscraper is based upon the Internationa Architecture style, which was begun in the 1920s and 1930s and extended well into the 1950s. See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/International_architecture for more information.
The glass is based on thick plate glass which, back then, had a bluish tinge.
It contains one large office/shop on one side, and two smaller offices/shops directly opposite. 6 floors and a penthouse. Elevator access to roof. Roof includes 4 decorative lightning rods and a flight safety beacon that's timed for day/night.
The concrete pillars have an art deco scalloped pattern pressed into them, and the doors of the elevator have a rather impressive art deco pattern.
NOTES
=====
1. The base is extra-thick in case you have to deal with hilly terrain. Make SURE you lower it enough so that you can easily enter the building.
2. Give the elevator a few minutes to record all stops, especially if you are in a lag-prone region. If it gives you trouble, try taking the elevator offline (touch the floor, select options, then offline), waiting a minute, then bringing it back online.
3. The elevator and each of the stops contain a "_config_" card with some options you can set, including if you want to restrict certain stops to specific people.

UPDATE: I discovered the separation wall between the back shops was missing. This has been included as a separate object with the package. You may use it or discard it.
