Lasertrails are meant to be worn. They attach to the pelvis; if this is not a good mounting point for you, feel free to attach it to some other part of your body. It will swirl around you and change colors while making the most fascinating patterns!
Lasertrails is possible with only one script so the "script footprint" is very small and does not cause lag. However, you may notice a degradation of performance if you wear Lasertrails in an environment where there are a lot of textures, people, or other particles. This is because your computer's graphics card can handle only so much.
To increase your graphic performance, go to your viewer preferences. Go to the graphics tab. If you are having trouble in general, try taking your graphics down to the next lower level. If you want to increase performance without doing that, check the the Advanced box or press the Advanced button. This will open up individual items in your graphics settings. Find the one for Particles, and decrease the amount.
