This nice Beach Club was designed with the idea of an open concept dance floor, providing also a nice pool area with plenty of room all around for either inside or outside events.
Also keeping the "Privacy" in mind there are 3 rooms separate from the building providing addicional areas for more quiet, private space, or for a store, bar, or whatever you may wish.
The structure comes in 5 different parts.

- Room 2
- Room 3

All rooms are copy and mod, for you to be able to modify and make it fit your exact needs.
Pool comes with animated water, but you can also teraform and use In game water.
