[PXL] SmartPay requester BOXED Version 1.4.1

The purpose of this product is to help manage the payments to collaborators and staff.
Payments can be made even while you are offline!
The user must interact with the SmartPay box tool in order to withdraw their money. The SmartPay tool will NOT send money to user automatically.
