Initially I only bought the smartphone, but I liked the product so much that I decided to buy the pack! One of the best purchases I made on the market! *. *

I liked it because I decorated my apartment and I'm still using the smartphone. the only thing that was not useful was to have another glasses come and I bought the SL8 before, I paid more I thought I would not like it but I loved it !!! is recommended! kisses and thank you
Terrible customer service, debatable build quality, deceptive advertising
When I unpacked the phone, I was amazing to find that it had features stripped that existed in older models of their products. Their fast forward video gives the impression that these features exist as per previous versions, but really most of the applications are just still images.
The HUD quality is a bit average too, giving the impression that its more borrowed photo than original texture. I could be wrong on that, but it didn't feel terribly high quality.
Contacting the representatives of the company and asking about the possibility of a refund, I've received no response except for one of the reps saying that while she was sorry to hear about the problem, it also wasn't her area to deal with it. Beyond that, it's been over a week with follow ups and not hearing a response.
While the product may suit some, it definitely doesn't suit me, and the follow up action has been really poor. I didn't even bother unpacking the other items when I ran into issues with the phone.
