First I must say the sash is absolutely amazing and it is just what i was looking for....At the time I got this and tried to open it my item wasn't there. I was like noooo I mean it is the day for me to wear it out...I sent a notecard to Buttercup and within 10 minutes she was messaging me and taking care of the issue. I am so very happy with not only a great item but the great caring customer service that is top notch and we all know how hard that can be to find in sl.
