OFF Sim Decoration

Covers an area of 64x64 mtrs with Swirling Waters, but visual rocks covers 30x30 mtrs.
The Palm Reef Decoration is OFF sim border with 80 mtrs to distant point of rocky parts.
Base is 32x32 mtr with Z-axis 21mtr, so no " floating" on the sea, but founded deep down on the very bottom of the ocean.

You get 10 Beach Sand- and 10 Rocks textures by just a click with your mouse. In all you have 100 combinations to suit your needs.

You get Swirling Waters with a dialog menu for changing weather conditions, water colors, transperancy and brightness / glow.

You get 3x 3D waves and 2x Splashing Waters.

You get a Coral Reef Substructure ( sublayer )
You get 6 Palms and 3 Beachgrasses.
