This is a copy/mod palm tree thatch with realistic texture and movement.

The land has ten beach themed texture changes, and you can also add a vector color via the menu if you want to futher customize the existing textures.

The palm trees flow as if moving in a gentle beach wind.

You can also resize the whole item via a clickable menu, or take apart and use in various places throughout your sim.

It is 18 land impact at size shown is 10X10X5.

Note: As with most mesh, Increasing or decreasing size will correpondingly impact land impact.

** When reduced to a miniature (.5x.5x.3 for instance), the land impact is 3

** When increasing to a much larger size (50x50x25 for instance) land impact to 80 or more.
