A simple paper towel holder with a roll of paper towels as a single mesh. Full permissions and 0.5 LI unless stretched extremely large (much larger than a towel roll proportionate to a human avatar). It counts as 1 prim by itself, but you can link two and the combined LI will still be 1.
Paper towel and holder only; counter/etc. not included.
