This is a Papillon Breedables Accessory. It includes a misting bottle and helper.

Misting Bottle – Applies a special bonus to various fields, based on its color. The color of the water determines what fields it affects. M+, L+, S+, F+, growth% speed, %/day, etc. It’ll be a challenge for people to figure out what colors do what. If you re-rezz the bottle the color will change. (Sold in the gardening kit bundle with the composter, helpful bird, birdy bird, and potting soil.) There is also a misting helper that mists for you. It sits above your misting bottle and sprays it for you every hour, to make sure that your pets keep a constant supply of whatever bonus your bottle happens to give.
