Great Item
Only problem i find with this is placing it down on the sim as sometimes the pieces do not line up properly and you have to keep lifting it up through the edit mode. The other issue is no matter where you place your landing point, you end up bang in the middle of the tree circle of which you have to them clamber through the trees to get onto the path way. Besides this i find it has a lot of lag issues too which does not help. Its a great garden for city sims and beautifully set out. I would give this five stars but due to the issues mentioned i can only offer three. I hope the seller can resolve these issues mentioned and it will be worthy of five stars.
