Parcel Protector Pad system with remote control HUD

IMPORTANT!:
You must have administrator privileges for the parcels or the Pad is not going to work!
Does not work if the land is group owned and the pad has to be deeded. Ask for no-copy/trans versions in that case.

Features:
- Allows control(add/delete) of Avatars to/from the banlist for multiple parcels in the same region
- Allows eject or teleport home of Avatars
- Synchronizes a ban/unban from one parcel to all other parcels in the same region
- Avatars younger than a configurable age (in days) are teleported home and banned until old enough
- Access through the Remote Control HUD is controlled by a notecard in the Parcel Protector Pad
- Communication channel, Avatar age and scan-interval are configurable via object description
- Communication test option to the Parcel Protector Pad(s) is available in the RemoteControl HUD
- Resetscript option for the Parcel Protector Pad and RemoteControl HUD

Installation:
-------------

- Rez a Parcel Protector Pad at the landing zone of each parcel in the region and make it visible with ctrl-alt-T
- Adjust the size according to your liking, Avatars that collide with the Pad are age checked
- Adjust channel, avatar age (in days) and scan interval (in minutes) in the description, or leave the default of '1973654;5;3'
- Adjust the notecard 'ConfigAdmins', see description inside
- Rez a Parcel Protector Remote Control-HUD on the ground
- Adjust the channel in the description, or leave the default of '1973654;' (Pad and HUD must have the same channel)
- Take the HUD back into your inventory and attach it
- Click the HUD and do a test, type TEST into the text box and click on submit
- The HUD should list all available parcel names that have a Protector Pad rezzed
- Done!

How does it work:
---------------------

The Pad has six functions:
- relay avatar keys typed/copied into the HUD's text box to the parcels ban-lists
- read a notecard with key/names of administrators
- check the age of avatars that collide with the Pad and autoban them if younger than the configured value
- scan the parcel in the configured interval to check for avatars that evaded the Pad at the landing point
- respond to the TEST message with the parcel-name to the HUD
- reset the scripts in the Pad when clicked and hold for longer than 3 seconds

The HUD has three functions:
- take the avatar keys to be banned/unbanned from connected parcels in a textbox and send them to the Pads
- test the communication to connected Pads to verify the function
- reset the script in the HUD when clicked and hold for longer than 3 seconds

The HUD is delivered full permission, so the parcel owner can hand it out to the admins.
Before an admin can use the HUD, the avatar key has to be added to the ConfigAdmins notecard in the Pad. The owner has always access.
The real communication channel is calculated based on the value in the description so it stays secret.
