Pariah's The Ancient Nile is made specifically for Lelutka Evo X only, and the body portion of the tattoo should work with just about any ol' body you are wanting to use. This will only work for Lelutka Evo X (not classic on the HUD), since the new Evo X head is mapped with different UVs than all other heads. Here's hoping you tried a demo first ;)
The Anubis Finger Tattoos and Black Chalk will most likely work with most bodies, like the Ancient Nile body portion. I tested it on Maitreya, and it was made on Legacy.
The Nefertiti Eyeliner is modifiable, so you can have a bit of fun coloring the lighter shadow to your desired look.
These are universal tattoos, which means they will hold tight to your head and body, despite changing to a different tattoo.
