Park Avenue Skybox

The feel inside is amazing- warm, chic, and with plenty of opportunity to create your own atmosphere. For the textures and elaborate look the Land Impact is minimal. So happy to live inside this apartment for a year now! Thank you Stella. It's a steal.
A 32x32 footprint version would provide a little more room on a standard plot - although it might lose a little charm in the layout.

Once I had this skybox properly lighted, I loved it. There are a lot of art deco details in it, i.e., woodwork, carpets, wallpaper, and I added a lot of period-appropriate furniture to match. You need a long cigarette holder, and a slinky black vintage dress to complete the look. It's a bit large but not huge. I also very much like the art deco city skyscapes you can see through the windows that look like the backdrop in a silent or early sound movie, and, if I could edit them, I'd add King Kong climbing one of the buildings. This is a fun, elegant skybox and not exactly like anything else I'd seen in SL before. And I'll give a final salute to the really beautiful fireplace.
