Literally looks nothing like the advertisement

The ad image looks beautiful, but the thing I got delivered to me looks absolutely nothing like this. Textures don't look remotely the same, the waterfalls don't seem to fit naturally into the landscape. and it doesn't really seem to go as far off the very corner of my sim as I would have thought based on this image, either.
