This is a Japanese sailor school top, it's only for boys as it is flat and no girl chest versions have been made. It comes in 2 color choices, regular blue and pink.
Full - perm modder's maps are included, AO and UV . Use "edit linked parts" to modify your item. Modding skills required.
It's super-flat and doesn't really look right on females. It's flatter than the default kemono chest, and in fact, even flatter than ABC Male Torso, so you will have to use your Alpha HUD for it to fit right.

Precise for lil kemono boys!
It goes very well with my kemono sailor boy avatar. It's relatively easy to create and apply textures in different colors. Perfect match with any kemono shorts, mostly loose shorts. I would have liked the knot to be removed and textures included.
