The different coloured faces can be given different textures. Fully mod and completely stretchable in all dimensions.
Window is walk-in when at a sufficient size.
As with most mesh items LI will increase if the size is increased. The small window in the second picture is 1 LI, the larger one is 3.
Conditions are : do not sell these on as is (retexturing counts as "as is"), do not give away and do not sell as transferable. Feel free to use and sell in builds as non transfer at any price.
The picture with textured windows is an example; this example is included but is non transfer. This is also available separately as mod only if you do not want a transferable item; please see linked items below.
