The Particle Ghost Rezzer emits a single ghost every few seconds that rises and slowly grows.
The particle rezzer has been left with some visibility, but can be modified to be invisible once you have it placed where you want it.

Cute... could be better, easily.
Not a bad emanator... but, wish the ghosts faded away after rezzing rather than just 'blink' disappearing. So easy to do with the script.
Better next time, maybe. Thanks though!
