With instructions to copy, modify, transfer so you can personalise to hand to friends. It's simply a case of replacing the landmark inside it with your party venue, and dragging your own party info as textures on the the faces of the box. it will then provide your guests with the landmark so they can teleport direct to your party simply by clicking on it

This product is specifially left as copy, modify, transfer only so you can use it as a party invite and distribute to guests. The permissions do not include reselling in any form, though I bet your friends will keep their copy to use themselves - that's OK :)
