Since these were made before multiple objects could be attached to the same attachment point, they attach to the right hand by default. You will need to manually attach them to your feet. (Back in the old days, we had to LINK our shoes to our paws! Dang whippersnappers...)

These look fantastic, especially for something so old- and I was able to fit them to the AP Feety Peets easily (should be comfortable for anyone with moderate-advanced modding skills). They're full mod, so you can retexture them too, whatever your furry heart desires!
It's kind of nostalgic fitting things the Old Way, heheh.
