Everything in the Pollux is Copy/Mod except the scripts. Scripts are Copy/No Mod. That means that you can change the floor and wall textures (not to mention everything else) to match your personal style. Don’t like carpeting? Put in hardwood flooring. Don’t like soft stucco? Put in concrete or wood paneling. Don’t like the shrubbery outside? Put in a cactus garden. (Requires beginner building skills.)
