Thank you for your interest/purchase of Payton's Place Skybox byGabe.
Although it can function as a great sky box it has a 3m base that will allow you to place it on the most uneven terrain.
You will get 2 versions with your purchase. One with furniture and one without.
The home fits in a 25x31m space and is 34 prims without furniture and 155 prims with furniture.
Both versions come in a rezz box for easy placement.
Lockable door. "Touch door and say 'show help' in the chat for a list of commands". This makes it excellent as a rental property
