To change the picture right click and edit the whole frame, choose edit linked parts, then choose more if you dont see the bottom section. choose the texture tab (if you havent already changed it you should see the "place your picture here texture" there), then put your picture in that section. you may have to adjust the texture to fit properly in the frame and to your likeing.
