The Peavey PV115D is a self-powered 15" 2-way speaker running at 400 Watts RMS/ 800 Watts Max. Thought the built-in amplifier powers at 400 Watts RMS, it is an 800 Watt amplifer, the same power module used in the PV215D! Because of this extra power, it has an additional speaker output to power another passive speaker such as the PV115 or the PV118 18" subwoofer!
It also has a pole mount inserted on the bottom of the speaker to easily mount it on a tripod or subwoofer.

This full range speaker is great for DJs and bands playing in small to medium venues
