This style is Touch-To-Fit. This is a script to make sizing of hair easy. If a mistake is made, a reset option is available to return the hair back to the original size. Hair can be easily increased/decreased in 1%, 5% and 10% increments.
Penelope is made from sculpts and flexy cylinder prims which are wrapped around with realistic curl textures.
The scrunchy is also scripted with 36 textures and colors. To trigger the script, touch the left side scrunchy near the top. The sizing script may come up, just close that and try again.
