The Peranakan Pearl Splendor has been put together by the careful selection of nacre or mother-of pearl from the families of mollusk.

Haliotidae
The nacre that lines the inside of these magnificent shell is very resilient and highly iridescent giving rise to a range
of strong and changeable colors that varies from silvery white, to pink, red, through to Haliotis iris, which shows predominantly deep blues and greens.
