Board for planning performances for actor groups
- the headline (for example the location of the event) can be set with a mouse click
- there are max. 12 events, each of which with max. 16 employees
- two employees per event can be displayed separately on the right side of the board
- the names of the individual events can also be changed with a mouse click
- admins and employees are entered in a notecard and only they are authorized to operate the board
- when an entry is booked, the profile image is displayed on the respective area
- employees can only book themselves in free places or cancel own bookings
- admins can book or cancel every employee on any place
- on request, the board issues a scheduling plan in the internal SL browser
- the operation of the board is completely menu-controlled, no input of cryptic commands is necessary
- the board has an update system which receives automatically new product versions
