This gag is built with the EBMod - OC 3.800 Gagbuilder v1.2.2. All credits for the scripts go to them and Open Collar!
It has a bento animation by Star Sugar, which should play on attach. The mesh itself is modifiable, so you can resize it to fit your mouth, adjust it, and colour it to your liking.

I can't set an owner either with the menu or with chat commands. I asked for a refund. The creator doesn't respond. Not worth $1. Don't buy!

On the menu there's a drool option that is not added to the product. But wasn't expected when bought as it is not mentioned. Would be a lovely addition though.
