In order for this product to work correctly it must be used on land owned by you OR on land owned by a group that has object rez enabled for group members in the parcel settings, with the seed set to the group (not deeded).
When switching stages the old model may be present for a second before deleting itself, if your land has barely enough land impact to support the tree it should still work but you may receive messages about being unable to rez.
Inspired by the red maple, this fictional tree species is part of the Persevigor product line.
My goal with the Persevigor product line is to create products that can be enjoyed as stand alone products or optionally as part of a larger game that involves multiple products. What this means is that, for example, your tree product can be enjoyed simply as a growable tree, or it can be cut down to harvest it's wood for use with other products.
The seed is copiable which means unlimited trees that can be replanted if cut down. Taking a seed back into your inventory will cause it to reset, they are not intended to be relocated across sims.
Only the owner of a seed can plant and replant.
The tree will grow from seed with multiple stages of growth and you can take care of it by watering it or you can just let the rain weather patterns do the watering. You can also chop it down once it has grown into a sapling or older.
The tree will also display seasons and appear wet during rain based on a timelapsed weather and season calculation that all relevant Persevigor products share.
(Season display can be overridden by you and weather display can be disabled.)
Tree branches and leaves also texture animate based on a combination of weather simulation factors and simulator wind.
