This portable magnetic anti-gravity field generator is perfect for techs and engineers to carry out repairs to the outside of your Starbase space station or the sides of tall buildings. But, let’s face it. It will knock the socks off anyone who watches you while you’re using them, whatever you're doing. And if you switch your viewer to mouseview, you will see your Second Life from an exciting new angle.
How to use it.
Simply rez the Anti-Grav Field Generator on the floor and then touch it. It will disappear and you will have the ability to walk across any surface, even if it is vertical or curved.
You can walk, run and jump whilst it’s operating. You don’t need to wear any special equipment for it to work, just rezz the device, touch the control panel and start walking.
When you’re finished, just "stand" and the local gravity field will return to normal. Remember to be in a safe place before you do this or you may end up plunging down to the ground from a great height. As a safety measure, the Anti-Grav field generator will auto-derez after a minute unless it's used. If it does, just rezz another.
Notes:
You will be able to walk across most surfaces, flat or steep, curved, sloped or plane and at any angle. But it can't let you walk on water (only Lindens can do that) nor on objects set to phantom. Sculptie surfaces and mesh surfaces are set via their SL "bounding box" (an invisible boundary that surrounds them) which don't always align with the object's actual appearance. Other than that, you're free to try it out anywhere! Have fun.
