Highly detailed cottage specially build for the Petite Mesh Avatars. 1/3 scale of a normal sized building.
The physics has been modified for petites to be able to walk through the door without the hidden body getting stuck.
Also included is a freebie Tinycam for your conveniance. This lowers your camera angle.

You can stretch this for use for a normal sized avatar, but since it is mostly (99%) mesh, the primcount will increase when stretched!!! (3 times larger is roughly 85 prims)
