as the other comment says the swing is missing, but not when you first rezz it, unfortunately the permission on the swing are NO copy so when you pick it up its gone no more swing.

Its pretty but wish it was better

The entire thing is phantom so people can run right through it. If you change it to not phantom you cant even enter the house. Also the swing is missing.
