Only 40 land impact for the home, included accessories add another 28. Accessories are copy, so you can pick and choose as you like to meet your land impact needs.
The prim build of this home would have topped out at over 350 prims! This mesh/prim design saves you more than 300 prims on land impact!
Garden accessories seen in image 2 (bag of soil, watering can, flower pots & hand tools) are included with purchase (copy/mod use as many as you wish). The firepit seen in image 4 is also included (fire down-scaled as to not roast petite avatars.)
