A two story expanded cape cod style house occupies the northwest corner of Petrel. The home has a wrap-around covered porch/deck that leads to an ample dock. The open space living areas on the first floor are extensively glasses and provide perfect views of GWSC turning buoy #4 for watching sailors exercising this boat handling skills. The second floor as good sleeping accommodations, also with beautiful window views. The interior is classically finished hardwood floors wainscoting, muted seacoast tones and many architectural details.
