This thing is easy to use, and is free because it took me literally no effort to make it. Yes, I am a genius when it comes to extremely simple scripting.
Add both items. Edit the little blue HUD button around until it's where you want it.
Edit the titler itself to adjust its height to suit you.
Click the HUD button and you'll get a dialog box. Put your text in the box and hit Submit. If you hit Enter instead, you'll only get a linebreak, so hit Submit.
Your titler should now show your new text.
