Photo Backdrop 034 by RB

I am making a Mardi Gras party and thought this item would be just what I needed as a back drop. The issue I had initially was that this backdrop included some objects such as balloon columns and a mask which were in the way but as it was no-mod, I couldn't move these items out of the way. The seller did not respond to any requests for assistance. The seller states 'All sales are final and no refunds' but that shouldn't mean you ignore your customers. So I decided to make my own version and looking at Google Images, I found this Mardi Gras background is all over Google so probably the seller downloaded it and does not have any artistic rights to this image. I asked the seller about this and felt that this would warrent a refund but again, no response to IM or notecards.
