I left this review https://i.imgur.com/5sxQuXQ.png the other day and within a few hours received an inworld message from the creator. He helped in correcting the permissions on the frame and even sent an updated copy as well as a refund. Really wonderful customer service, and I am absolutely thrilled that I can now place a frame at home and at our fishing dock hangout.
