ok, stars equal up to this: a couple of the animations are fine, and 1 or two if you don't mind your avie bouncing up about 20m when standing-- that's always kinda humorous... the texture is great... and that is where the star-ratings stop.
why the stars weren't continued: the sculpt itself is rough. very rough. and i say this with a great deal of experience; my LOD settings are correct, and my SL home and most of my garden is nearly 75% sculpt prims-- good ones. this particular picnic table sculpt is jagged and broken on sides and the ends; which can clearly be seen from a distance, but they do not even fully form when approaching the object or when selecting to sit on a specific spot; it is clearly and continually notable... that can be really off-putting for some. (i suppose if you're a sculpty snob like me, you won't like this at all.)
it is no copy. (don't buy 2) and although this item says it is modify, that is only the texture. if you wanted to change the sculpt from plane to sphere-- to check its form-- you can't.
there are plenty of great, well-built and low-priced sculpt objects made and available. look around. but, considering the cost of this one, i'll say it's not out of line with the new marketplace pricing on most items you used to find on xstreet for far less.
overall, i appreciate the object is transferable, as i will only keep it in my inventory to give to a newbie that might need some low-prim decor on their first parcel or land.
