You will get two prefabricated piers you can rezz immediately.
You have two sets of realistic elements of very low land impact.
In product's Land Impact section I placed 14P, which is LI one of Prefab Pier.
Every item is Copy and Modify (please refer to note card).
As always I recommend to save original items in separate folder before you start any modifications.
