Pier With Rezzable Chairs (V2) Version 2

This pier is ideal for the 7 Seas fishing as it has rezzable chairs which when a plate is clicked, a chair is rezzed, and will stay rezzed for 30 seconds or until someone sits on the chair(s), if no-one sits on a chair for the 30s the chair will derez, or if someone stands from a chair it will also derez, and the panel will not rez a chair if one is already rezzed.
