Beauty Marks Appliers Hud for Lelutka Mesh Head.
The Appliers are 2, one for beauty marks around eyes and the other for the ones around lips. That means you can wear both or just one as you prefer. See pictures for a closer detailed look.

Basically does exactly what other reviewer said....
I have given it two stars in the hope the creator updates the item at some point so it doesn't do this.
