Nano version to use
I am satisfied with the product. The nano version is scalable and works fairly good.
The big one is for texturing purposes I think.

not impressed
There were two options for the nose ring, nano and big......well, I couldn't even find the nano when I wore it and the big was as huge as my face. I was able to shrink the big one.....still not impressed. At least this was cheap.
