A nice little party tool
I have had this item for a while, and I've enjoyed it when I've had situations to use it in. This actually is fully moddable. It is just the script that is no mod. It will display as no mod in the inventory, other people's items with no mod scripts do the same. It is a well known happening in Second Life inventory. If you need to mod the look or size, just rez it in a sandbox or other appropriate to work on it.

Actually is modifiable.
There's a small bug in SL's inventory that will label an item 'no-modify' if it just contains a single no-mod script anywhere in it. The item here itself is fully modifiable, recolorable, you can even change the size and look of it if you want.
There is a no-mod script inside but it'll only say "no-modify" in inventory. As soon as you rez it out, (as one would assume everyone does with an item like this) the item is modifiable without any trouble.
For L$55, the price is nearly negligible, especially for something that *is* copy/modifiable (which this is).
It's unfortunate how many low reviews can come from what amounts to an idiosyncrasy in the way that SL labels item permissions in inventory.

Like the maker says, just rez it, and ta da, you can modify it.
