Pretty decent for the price!
It's a bit difficult to texture but if you set the faces to planar it works well enough. You can have this with or without the backing without changing the land impact which is ideal. Overall fairly pleased with this purchase c:

Eh...
I'd gladly pay more if AO maps were included, right now is useless for me because I'd like adding my own texture/color to it.
