It offers the following RLV functions:
Menu capture w/ 60 second lock timer
Collision capture w/ 60 second lock timer
Sit w/ 60 second lock timer
Add 60 more seconds to lock timer
Mute/Unmute nearby chat
Release

Only one avatar can access the controls at a time. There is a 60 second release timer to permit newly released victims a chance to escape before a collision causes it to grab again. Information regarding RestrainedLoveAPI and all its contributors can be found on the web in many forms.

You do not need to be using RLV to sit/pose. Non-RLV users will not be unseated when the timer expires, but there will be a whispered message.
