Choose any name you want to chat in roleplay or just for fun! Unlike display names that you're stuck with for a week, you can change the chatter name as often as you'd like. Make multiple copies and use for different characters and occasions. Item is copy, modify, no transfer.

+== GETTING STARTED ==+

How to Change Your Chatter Name:
The chatter name appears in the public chat before the text that you type. All you have to do is rename the object.

1.) Find the Playlistc Chatter Titler Basic RENAME ME object in your inventory. (Detach it if you are wearing it.)

2.) Make a copy. Right-click > copy. Then Right-click > paste.

3.) Rename the copy to your desired chat name (up to 63 characters). Right-click > rename.
Example: Pandora Zane

4.) Now wear the renamed object (Right-click > wear)

+== CHANGING THE TITLE TEXT ==+

The titler text appear above your avatar's head. If you change it, the limit is 254 characters. This will return to the default if you take off the chatter.

Changes the titler text

Removes the titler text

/33 color white
Turns the title text white

Other color codes:
red
orange
yellow
green
green-blue
blue
purple
pink
gray
white
black

Setting custom colors:
/33 color <1, 0.6, 0>

+== CHAT COMMANDS ==+

/33 Hello
Displays "Hello" in public chat.

/33 me waves "Hello World"
Is similar to typing /me. Displays in italics.
Example: Pandora Zane waves "Hello World"

/33 ooc Hello World
Displays "(( Hello World ))" in chat

/33 nc
Sends the wearer a copy of this help notecard

Can I change the color of the text in public chat?

Sorry, no that's not possible in Second Life. Everyone will see the text spoken by the chatter as a different color than normal text.

Why is my title text black instead of the color I want?

Oops! You may have typed the vector color code incorrectly, Check to make sure that each decimal number is separated by commas and try again.
