If you don't wanna copy paste the link, they pretty much stated: FREE stuff of their characters. And this skin mod is Barnably, a big beagle puppet character.
Anyone else profiting from their hard work, not if it isn't a personal commission, do NOT buy! Creator isn't comfortable at the moment with their stuff being sold. Best keep up to date on their account, to see if that changes in the future.
