This is a Texture MOD for the BRDMRT Plush-E avatar, and will not work for any other avatar.
This texture mod includes a variety of BOM [Universal layers] markings as well as the displayed default base skins, so you can sort of just make your own colored leopard over any bas skin if you like as well. :)
The Plush-E avatar can be obtained currently at the Planet29 event in-world, for the duration of the event.
